Accessibility Statement
ERM Solutions is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
Last Updated: 17 July 2026
Our Commitment
ERM Solutions believes that the internet should be open and accessible to all users, regardless of ability or technology. We are committed to ensuring that our website provides an equal and dignified experience to every visitor.
We continuously review and improve the accessibility of the site to comply with the Israeli Standard 5568 (IS 5568) — which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA — and the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
Standard Followed
This website targets compliance with:
- Israeli Standard 5568 — the local adoption of WCAG 2.0 at Level AA.
- Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013 — specifically Chapter C dealing with service-providing websites.
Accessibility Features
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements are reachable and operable using the keyboard alone, in a logical sequence.
Semantic structure
Pages use a validated heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA attributes where appropriate. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology. Navigation with screen-reader software has not yet been verified by manual testing — see Known Limitations.
Image alternatives
Meaningful images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked so they are skipped by assistive technology.
Responsive design
Content adapts to screen size and zoom level up to 200% without loss of information or functionality.
Color contrast
Text and interactive elements meet a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for body copy and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
Form labels
Every form field has a programmatically associated label. Submission errors are exposed as an alert region so assistive technology announces them, and keyboard focus is moved to the problem field.
Known Limitations
We publish the limitations we actually know about rather than a general disclaimer. As of the date above:
- Screen readers have not been manually tested. Our testing to date has been automated plus manual keyboard testing. We have not yet verified the site with NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver, so we cannot claim the screen-reader experience is free of barriers.
- Alternative text has not been reviewed for quality. Every meaningful image carries alt text and decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology, but we have not had the wording of each description independently reviewed.
- Hebrew currently covers two pages. The Hebrew home page and its accessibility statement are translated. The remaining pages — expertise, contact, case studies, and others — are available in English only.
- Third-party resources. Web fonts and the icon font are loaded from Google Fonts. They are not under our direct control, though decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
- Anti-spam verification. Repeat submissions from the same network may be asked a simple arithmetic question. It is plain text and keyboard accessible, but it does require solving a small calculation. Contact us by phone or email if this is a barrier for you.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the contact details below — we want to know.
Physical Accessibility
We do not receive the public at our offices. ERM Solutions delivers its services remotely. We do not operate a branch, reception, or any other location open to the public, so physical accessibility arrangements do not apply.
All contact with us takes place by phone, email, or through this website. If any of those channels presents a barrier for you, our accessibility coordinator will find an alternative that works — see the contact details below.
How and When We Tested
So that the claims above can be judged rather than taken on trust, this is exactly what was tested, and how:
- Date of last examination: 17 July 2026.
- Automated testing: axe-core, run against every page of the site at desktop (1280px) and mobile (375px) widths, checked against WCAG 2.0 A and AA, and additionally against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA. No violations were outstanding at the date above.
- Manual keyboard testing: tab traversal of the home, contact, expertise, and how-it-works pages in Google Chrome, checking focus order, focus visibility, and absence of keyboard traps.
- Other checks: text resized to 200%, layout reflow at widths from 320px to 414px, and reduced-motion preference.
- Not yet performed: manual testing with screen-reader software, and independent review by a certified accessibility auditor.
This examination was carried out internally. It has not been reviewed or certified by a licensed accessibility consultant (מורשה נגישות).
