- Claims are subject to the 5-year statute of limitations for VAT input credits in Israel.
- ERM Solutions does not represent the client in formal tax litigation unless explicitly stated in a separate Legal Representation Agreement.

Clients remain solely responsible for the accuracy of their tax filings and for maintaining all original documentation required by ITA auditors.
3. Supplier Auditing & Contract Verification
Our auditing processes verify supplier compliance against agreed-upon contract terms. While we utilize advanced data matching techniques, ERM Solutions makes no warranties regarding the absolute completeness of supplier data provided by the client.
Contractual Interpretation
Final determination of "overpayment" rests upon the legal interpretation of specific commercial clauses between the client and their suppliers.
Third-Party Data
We are not liable for errors originating from third-party ERP integrations or legacy accounting software exports.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and all services provided by ERM Solutions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
