1. Scope of Services
ERM Solutions provides specialized financial consultancy focused on the identification and recovery of overpayments, duplicate payments, and unapplied credits within the Client's accounts payable systems.
Our comprehensive audit process includes:
- check_circle Analysis of historical transaction data for the preceding 36-month period.
- check_circle Communication with third-party vendors to verify credit balances.
- check_circle Facilitation of credit recovery or cash refund processing.
2. Client Obligations
To ensure the precision of our recovery efforts, the Client agrees to provide ERM Solutions with timely and secure access to relevant financial records, enterprise resource planning (ERP) data, and vendor communication logs.
The Client remains responsible for:
- arrow_right Providing a designated point of contact for audit approvals.
- arrow_right Ensuring the accuracy of data exports provided to our recovery team.
3. Fee Structure: Success-Based Model
ERM Solutions operates on a strict "No Recovery, No Fee" basis.
Our compensation is calculated as a flat percentage of the total successfully recovered funds (cash or credit). This one-time success fee is invoiced only after the recovery has been verified and applied to the Client's accounts.
4. Limitation of Liability
ERM Solutions utilizes advanced algorithmic detection and expert oversight; however, the services are provided on an "as-is" basis regarding the historical accuracy of Client-provided data.
In no event shall ERM Solutions be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the total fees paid by the Client during the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. Confidentiality & Data Security
ERM Solutions maintains rigorous security protocols. All Client data is treated as highly confidential and used solely for the purpose of the recovery audit. We comply with all relevant financial data protection regulations and SOC 2 standards.
